Post Consumer Brands is seeking a B2B Pet Sales Support Administrator to join a collaborative team supporting our growing pet business. You will work with the Project Manager, Sales, Customer Service and customers to keep projects moving, meet customer needs, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You will help onboard new customers and support day-to-day operations with effective communication

Formación

• Minimum of four years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customer questions and requests.
• Deliver professional customer service via phone, email, and written communications.
• Manage customer portals and maintain accurate, current information.
• Coordinate customer sample requests and other support activities.
• Support onboarding and development by assisting the B2B Pet sales team and Project Manager.
• Monitor project timelines and keep customer and internal projects moving toward completion.
• Act as a backup for customer service order entry activities.
• Communicate updates across internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Track and support customer satisfaction objectives.
