Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to drive growth across diverse industries. You’ll learn Orkin’s product lineup, build trusted relationships, and advance sales through prospecting and effective problem solving.

Training and tools are provided for success in a competitive market. You’ll earn a competitive first-year range with base pay plus uncapped commissions, plus a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required, sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
