Job summary

Rollins, Inc.'s Orkin Commercial sales team is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to sell pest control solutions to commercial clients. You’ll benefit from award-winning training, a trusted brand, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified
