Rollins, Inc. through Orkin Commercial recruiting a Commercial Sales Representative to join a trusted industry leader with nearly 125 years of pest protection for businesses.

You will build relationships, learn our products, and drive new business with a base salary plus uncapped commissions. No industry experience required thanks to award-winning training and a path to leadership within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Sales or CRM experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin products and services and sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of the customer’s property and present solutions.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
