Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend the best solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interiors and exteriors of customers’ properties and document findings.
• Make recommendations based on inspections and explain solutions to customers.
