Richards Building Supply, a family-owned wholesale distributor of exterior building materials, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Rockford, IL. You will hunt for new business, build a book of customers, and exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SMB sales experience (building materials knowledge a plus).
• Proven track record of exceeding 100%+ quota.
• Experience generating your own leads.
• CRM experience is a must.
