Richards Building Supply, a family-owned wholesale distributor of exterior building materials, seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Ballwin, MO. You’ll hunt for new opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and close deals while exceeding targets.

The role requires driven individuals with CRM experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SMB sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience generating own leads and managing a pipeline.
• CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business and generate own leads.
• Manage relationships and grow long-term partnerships.
• Close deals and exceed performance targets.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
