Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a strong brand and award-winning training to drive new business across industries, build lasting client relationships, and meet aggressive sales goals.

Expect uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package. First-year earnings are projected between $60,000 and $120,000 with base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification, company paid.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
