Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a client to recruit an Outside Sales Representative covering Eastern South Carolina. Position is direct-hire with a hybrid/remote setup, Charleston, SC-based, requiring 1-2 days per month in the office.

The role focuses on building a sales territory, prospecting, and delivering tailored packaging and automation solutions. You will collaborate with engineering to design solutions and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mindset, self-motivated, resilient and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus.
