Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join the Commercial sales team in a role focused on selling pest management solutions to diverse industries. You’ll understand products, build trusted relationships, and drive growth with proactive solutions and rigorous training.

The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required, sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company).

• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests.
