You’ll drive new business, maintain client relationships, and advance within a growth-focused organization. The role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests.
• Build trusted relationships and protect customers' businesses.
• Meet sales goals through prospecting and leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
