Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales professional to join our team. You’ll leverage a proven, award-winning training program to build a career with growth potential in a stable, mission-driven company.

Expect a base plus uncapped commissions with first-year earnings estimated between 80k and 120k USD. A company vehicle, tech tools, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided after training.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by using training to recommend the best solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspections and address questions, explaining the solution and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
