Qualifications

• No industry experience required; strong sales drive welcome.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend best overall solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property and educate on solutions.
• Make recommendations based on inspections and address questions; set expectations for peace of mind.
