Job summary

Rollins, Inc. (Orkin Commercial) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Baton Rouge, LA to sell pest control services to commercial clients.

You will leverage Orkin’s brand and training to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will conduct inspections, present tailored solutions, and use iPad-based tools to finalize agreements.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license paid by company.
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin products and services and sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers.
• Build trusted relationships to protect their business.
• Prospect new business and follow up on leads to meet sales goals.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors of commercial properties.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad provided and stay organized.
• Explain solutions and set expectations to give customers peace of mind.
