Job summary

Nextep is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) helping small and mid-sized businesses manage HR, payroll and benefits. This outside sales role focuses on building relationships with business owners, presenting tailored PEO solutions, and closing deals to enrich lives.

You’ll work with decision makers, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and stay ahead of market trends. A Bachelor's degree in business is preferred; sales experience is a plus, and a strong drive to succeed is essential for success

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and leaders.
• Research client needs and present tailored PEO solutions; close deals.
• Conduct sales calls, move prospects through the sales process, deliver IPs/proposals, and qualify prospects.
• Maintain an organized pipeline; track leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and PEO market changes.
