Job summary

Nextep is seeking an ambitious outside sales representative in Canada. You’ll build relationships with business owners, research client needs, and present tailored PEO solutions to close deals.

A typical day includes sales calls, guiding prospects through the process, delivering proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to qualify leads. You’ll manage the pipeline using CRM tools and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or similar field.
• Some sales experience is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Research client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals.
• Make sales calls and move prospects through the sales process.
• Deliver proposals and work with internal teams to qualify prospects.
• Manage sales pipeline and track leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
