Job summary

Octane Lending is seeking an energetic inside sales professional to drive outbound activity with powersports dealerships. You’ll qualify leads from digital campaigns and events, and maintain a CRM of current and prospective clients.

In this role you will aim to meet monthly production goals, resolve dealership issues promptly, and collaborate with teams to optimize enrollment and engagement. This is an entry-level opportunity in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of inside sales or high call volume experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Energetic, goal driven, able to handle rejection.
• Strong written and verbal communication; familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make multiple outbound calls to powersports dealerships, including cold calling.
• Achieve monthly production, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, referrals, and trade shows.
• Create and maintain a database or CRM of current and prospective clients.
• Resolve dealership issues in a timely manner.
