Job summary

AutoNetTV in Draper, Utah, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting from partner lists and grow our customer base through calls, emails, and other outreach.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to build a strong pipeline, qualify leads, and track activity in the CRM, while meeting daily dials and monthly targets, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting from partner lists to generate new business.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and drive solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation.
• Report on sales activity and progress toward goals.
