Job summary

AutoNetTV Media, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Draper, Utah, to drive outbound prospecting and build a strong sales pipeline from partner-generated lists.

You will engage prospects via calls and emails, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach and hit targets. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in outbound sales, solid communication and CRM skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, B2B or B2C a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or related field is a plus; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to generate new business with partner-generated lists.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with qualified leads and follow-up.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and drive solution interest.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to pitch and close deals.
• Meet daily dial/conversation targets and weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies.
• Report on activity, progress toward goals, and provide prospect feedback.
