Ever Fresh Fruit Company in Oregon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team. You will manage order processing, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely fulfillment for our B2B customers.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service or order management, strong attention to detail, and teamwork across departments. Proficiency with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms is valued; you'll support Billing and Logistics as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, order management, or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve issues with follow-through.
• Professional communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing/food production or operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Macola or similar).
• Exposure to CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience supporting B2B customer accounts.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Responsabilités

• Enter, review, and revise customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track orders through fulfillment and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues (order, inventory, billing, shipping).
• Maintain customer account information, pricing updates, and related documentation.
• Audit orders and transactions for accuracy within CSR team.
• Participate in daily operational meetings; may facilitate meetings in supervisor's absence.
• Support invoice review, billing inquiries, and documentation tracking.
• Provide backup support for reception and freight/logistics coordination.
