Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and revise customer orders accurately.
• Track orders through fulfillment; update customers on status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues (inventory, billing, shipping).
• Maintain customer account information and pricing updates.
• Audit orders for accuracy and participate in team peer reviews.
• Support invoicing, billing inquiries, and documentation tracking.
