Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work-related experience in sales or sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in fresh produce sales or account management preferred.
• Knowledge of berry markets (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers, assisting with order updates, product information, and inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform data entry, order tracking, and shipment tracing to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate communication between sales, customers, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Maintain customer account information within internal systems.
• Assist with pricing and product availability based on customer specifications.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments with growers, packing facilities, transportation companies, and customers.
• Assist with coordinating movement of shipments and resolving inquiries.
