As an Order Entry representative, you will work with in-house Sales and Engineering to process new orders and returns, requiring SAP experience, strong data entry, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience required.
• Must learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with strong data entry and customer service.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and typing skills.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and returns for B2B customers.
• Interface with Sales and Engineering teams during order entry.
• Maintain accurate data and order records in the ERP system.
