Job summary

Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corp. in Danbury, CT is seeking an Order Entry professional to join our B2B-focused team. The role interfaces with Sales and Engineering to process new orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience with Aptean Intuitive or SAP (or equivalent), strong data entry and typing skills, and the ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment. OT flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience.
• Strong data entry and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and typing.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Must be capable of calculating normal accounting functions including taxes.
• Flexible to work in other departments as needed.

Overview:

We are looking for an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our B2B customers.

Role and Objectives:

As an Order Entry representative, you will interface with B2B customers along with in-house Sales department and Engineering department personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience is required
• Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
• The ability to multitask under pressure
• Superior data entry and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills a must
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
