Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corp. in Danbury, CT is seeking an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and team players dedicated to delivering the best possible experience to our B2B customers. As an Order Entry representative, you will work with in-house Sales and Engineering to process new orders and returns, requiring SAP experience, strong data entry, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience required.
• Must learn and retain vast amounts of product information.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with strong data entry and customer service.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and typing skills.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and returns for B2B customers.
• Interface with Sales and Engineering teams during order entry.
• Maintain accurate data and order records in the ERP system.

Overview

We are looking for an Industrial Professional Order Entry to join our team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to work as a team with the goal of providing the best experience possible to our B2B customers.

Role And Objectives

As an Order Entry representative, you will interface with B2B customers along with in-house Sales department and Engineering department personnel throughout the company while processing new orders and returns.

Job Requirements

• 5 years Aptean Intuitive / SAP or equivalent experience is required
• Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
• The ability to multitask under pressure
• Superior data entry and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills a must
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

Skills And Abilities

• Ability to communicate and interact with others in a respectful, professional, and positive manner
