LPD Music International is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional to grow an established territory and strengthen dealer relationships. You will identify prospects, develop new business, and reactivate former customers while maintaining CRM records and meeting sales goals.

Offering a competitive base salary plus commissions, the role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and promoting bundled products to retailers in a wholesale distribution environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of B2B inside sales or related experience.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Outbound prospecting, follow-up, and closing experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard business software.
• Music industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Grow existing accounts: Build relationships with retail music dealers and increase sales.
• Develop new business: Identify and contact prospective dealers to expand the customer base.
• Reactivate inactive accounts: Reconnect with former customers and win back lost business.
• Make proactive sales calls: 40–50 meaningful contacts daily with quality conversations.
• Recommend products and solutions: Introduce instruments, accessories, bundles, and promotions.
• Manage customer relationships: Provide responsive service and process orders.
• Track activity and results: Maintain CRM records and pursue sales goals.
