Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the company website, drive SEO, and manage the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.

You will partner with engineers to produce technical articles and case material, run targeted campaigns, and report results monthly. You will ensure brand consistency across all public channels and lead strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy and has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with engineers who have the knowledge.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate across every public channel.
