Job summary

Construction Material Testing, a growth-focused engineering services firm, seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website, search performance, and the qualifications library. You will manage the content calendar with engineers, craft case materials, and drive campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events and lists for expanding markets.

You will build proposals and qualification packages, ensure consistent brand messaging, and measure success through concrete results and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ in the AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Proven ability to build proposals or qualification packages for professional services pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
