Qualifications

• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy for proposals and qualifications packages.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates.
• Produce content calendar with engineers for technical articles and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, direct lists) and report results monthly.
• Maintain brand messaging and consistency across all public channels.
