You will process quotes, orders, and inquiries, nurture relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver effective solutions while maintaining ERP/CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
• High level of communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities
