Responsibilities

• Identify CEO, CFO, Director of HR, HR Leaders, or other C-level executives.
• Verify relevance and decision-making authority.
• Extract direct phone numbers (if available).
• Input and organize data into structured Google Sheets with: Company Name, Executive Name, Title, Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL, Notes.
• Input and follow-up data quality control, flag incomplete items for clarification.
• Assist with outbound outreach emails and follow-ups using templates.
