Zohorecruit is seeking a proactive Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. This remote role focuses on LinkedIn prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and prospect communications, with potential expansion into CRM management and administrative tasks as the relationship develops.

The ideal candidate enjoys crafting persuasive messages, follows a defined sales methodology, and can move qualified prospects toward booked calls with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, sales outreach, or appointment setting.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn for research, connection building, and outreach.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Ability to learn and follow a defined sales methodology.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and text.
• Respond to questions and continue conversations per guidelines.
• Explain value of offerings in compelling communications.
• Create personal, helpful communications, not scripts.
• Improve messaging based on responses and feedback.
• Escalate qualified prospects when needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect outreach records.
• Support sales outreach of online courses and related offerings.
