Job summary

Composites One is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Santa Fe Springs, CA to serve as the primary contact for customers, handle inquiries, ensure accurate order entries, resolve issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet expectations.

You will maintain pricing in ERP, assist with quotes, and support the sales and price teams while building strong customer relationships. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in a non-retail customer service environment
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures related to customer service
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Ability to learn internal database and software systems

Responsibilities

• Facilitate order fulfillment with timely and accurate entry for stocked and non-stock items
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, B2B and written mail
• Resolve billing and order issues in a professional manner
• Set up new customers and new items per internal processes
• Monitor inventory and alert sales/procurement to adverse stock levels
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with sales/technical teams
