Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a driven Business Developer to expand our client’s landscaping services in the Puyallup area. This full-time role targets building a robust, consultative sales pipeline and closing commercial contracts across a defined territory.

You will prospect, present, visit sites, and negotiate to achieve sales targets while collaborating with operations and marketing to tailor proposals that demonstrate clear value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales with a track record of surpassing $1M+ annual sales quotas.
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Must disclose any active non-competes at submission time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Manage full sales cycle — prospecting, presentations, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and close.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, in-person sales presentations, and virtual demonstrations.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision makers and influencers across your territory.
• Accurately forecast sales deliverables, manage pipeline activity, and track KPIs in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to respond to bids and meet sales targets.
