Qualifications

• Experience with sales-related tools or software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).

Responsibilities

• Business to business cold calling meetings with potential clients and educate them on supplemental insurance benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing service and addressing insurance needs.
• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems to report progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's needs.
• Stay informed on changes to rules or policies to amend programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients.
