Andrew Meier Inc. is seeking motivated Trainee Sales Representatives to grow a personal book of business in the supplemental insurance field. This in-person, B2B role offers hands-on training and a strong earning potential through commissions, bonuses, and ongoing incentives.

You'll start with six weeks of weekly draw pay and advance toward performance-based rewards. A proven sales mindset and willingness to obtain an health & life license are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial
• Willingness to learn about insurance programs and regulations
• Basic computer skills and office software proficiency
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Licensure in Health & Life or willingness to obtain it (licensing reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Business-to-business cold calling and meetings to educate clients on supplemental insurance benefits
• Build and maintain client relationships and grow a personal book of business
• Update reports and records to track progress toward monthly sales goals
• Tailor risk management strategies to individual client needs
• Stay informed on policy changes to amend client programs as needed
• Implement marketing strategies including networking to connect with potential clients
• Conduct meetings to assess client circumstances and present suitable insurance policies
