Job summary

xPL Ventures Studio (EPL Group) in South Florida is seeking a first commercial lead to drive ventures from concept to paying customers. You will close deals and define repeatable sales processes, leveraging your existing network across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

You will spend about 70% of your time selling and 30% building the network, engaging CEOs, owners, CFOs, COOs, and technology decision-makers in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in B2B business development, enterprise or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record closing B2B deals.
• Fluent English and Spanish with executive relationship-building.
• Established South Florida professional network.
• Experience with SaaS startups and selling new products.
• Independent with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell ~70% of your time, building a qualified pipeline via prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Engage business owners and execs (CEO/CFO/COO/tech leaders) and lead demos and negotiations.
• Turn opportunities into paying customers with recurring revenue and define outbound campaigns.
• Represent the studio across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and build relationships with HNWIs and private capital networks.
