Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of sales experience with quota attainment.
• B2B or consultative sales background preferred; ability to build and manage a self-generated pipeline.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Arizona driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold outreach and manage pipeline in assigned market.
• Identify and prioritize target employer groups; secure meetings with HR and decision-makers.
• Maintain a documented CRM pipeline; track outreach, opportunities and conversions to demonstrate ROI.
• Convert qualified prospects into referrals to branches; own the prospect relationship through hand-off and follow-up.
• Plan and execute on-site enrollment events, lunch-and-learns, and employer-group sessions with branch partners.
• Represent Desert Financial professionally in various business settings and build quick rapport.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers to ensure bidirectional lead flow and shared growth accountability.
• Hand off commercial opportunities to the Business Banking Development Officer as appropriate.
