Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years sales experience with success in generating new business leads and meeting sales goals.
• Two to four years experience in financial services (Banking/Credit Union).
• Ability to travel to offsite locations in personal vehicle and work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills one-to-one and in groups.
• Excellent telephone sales skills.
• Must be PC literate.
• Knowledge of banking CRM programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan to generate membership leads beyond the current SEG list.
• Prospect, network, and build long-term community relationships to increase deposits and membership.
• Represent the Credit Union at trade shows, community events, Chamber functions, networking events, seminars, and sponsored activities, including evenings and weekends.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new SEGs by presenting Credit Union membership to prospective management teams.
• Schedule and conduct regular SEG visits, including employee presentations, table setups, and Credit Union Days to enroll members and promote loans and online services.
• Promote visits via flyers, email bulletins, and other materials.
• Coordinate SEG marketing materials and support from branches as needed.
• Open accounts in Episys while following applicable regulations.
• Resolve member complaints from SEGs and communicate outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
