Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to join our team in the United States. This hands-on role owns digital marketing initiatives to grow our online presence, generate qualified leads, and enhance the customer experience across channels.

You will optimize websites, lead SEO efforts, manage email automation, run targeted campaigns, and collaborate with Sales and IT to improve conversion rates and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B.
• Experience managing websites, optimizing SEO, and executing lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, CMS, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing-page optimization, and improving website conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company websites, landing pages, and online forms to generate leads.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
• Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across key markets and services.
• Develop engaging landing pages and CTAs that convert visitors into leads.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and follow-up processes.
• Build and manage segmented email campaigns and automated nurture programs.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Power BI.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on website enhancements.
