Riverside Furniture Corporation in High Point, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales team and customers. You will enter and maintain sales orders, coordinate with supply chain, and resolve issues to ensure on-time shipments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or order management, experience with ERP/B2B systems, and strong communication and Excel skills to support a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years in customer service or order management
• Experience with EDI transaction sets and EDI order processing
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced cross-functional team
• Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor

Mansioni

• Support sales reps and customers by managing order flow and inquiries
• Enter, review, and maintain sales orders for accuracy
• Identify and resolve issues delaying fulfillment or shipment
• Coordinate delivery schedules with supply chain and distribution
• Answer calls regarding order status, parts, product issues or concerns
• Work with Supply Chain on direct container orders and billing
• Monitor customer EDI transactions and acknowledgments
• Maintain organized records of orders and resolutions
• Use NetSuite (ERP), Magento (B2B) and MS Office to manage data
