Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials seeks an Order Management Specialist to be the primary liaison for the Customer Success team and a defined portfolio of customers. You will manage order lifecycles, maintain accurate ERP data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipments and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related role.
• Experience supporting customers with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders, prioritizing orders, resolving constraints, and balancing commitments with operational realities.
• Enter, update, and maintain order data in ERP and logistics systems accurately.
• Perform order-related calculations and conversions for accurate quantities and packaging.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships to support collaboration and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Actively resolve customer issues and proactively manage expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales/Pricing, Shipping, Inventory Control, and other teams to support customers.
• Coordinate and track movement of materials to ensure timely deliveries.
