PGT Services, part of the PGT Holdings family, seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive new business in North America. On-site in Rochester, PA, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting shippers in steel, lumber, and industrial freight sectors.

You’ll build a robust pipeline, conduct discovery calls, present tailored transportation solutions, and onboard new accounts while maintaining CRM discipline and pursuing aggressive sales KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in transportation or logistics is required.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling abilities.
• Self-driven hunter mentality with a competitive drive.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points
• Present customized transportation and logistics solutions
• Onboard new accounts and coordinate transitions to operations
• Research target industries including steel, lumber, construction materials, manufacturing, and industrial freight
• Identify emerging markets, shipping trends, and new business opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Provide consistent communication and account support throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
