Flowerbuyer is seeking a self-driven Business Development Associate for our B2B online auction-based flower-buying platform. You will grow a portfolio by calling florists, developing relationships, and driving sales through outbound outreach.

This hourly plus commission role offers remote work, opportunities to upsell, and collaboration with Teleflora's network. A proven track record in new business development and strong communication are essential.

• Proven track record of entering a new industry and building a book of business.
• Ability to close and manage relationships over phone.
• Successful track record of new lead generation and ability to overcome customer objections.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with Teleflora florists and non-Teleflora customers.
• Call on key retail florists via phone and Teams to introduce products and savings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to offer custom solutions to Top Accounts.
• Utilize order entry, call tracking, and CRM tools.
• Participate in sales, product and process training as required.
• Meet and exceed daily time-on-call selling targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
