Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth through in-person client visits, manage opportunities, and close orders. You will maintain detailed customer records and coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success.

The role rewards high achievers with uncapped earnings potential, comprehensive benefits, and home-office flexibility when not in the field. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related sales B2B experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment.
• Computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls by meeting/exceeding activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating with installation crews.
