Job summary

The Meier Agency in the United States seeks a B2B Outside Sales Trainer who can grow into a Team Leader. You will train reps, drive new business with local companies, and build a life-long referral network. Rapid advancement is offered for proven proficiency with our system.

We provide field training, performance-based advancement, and incentives including company-sponsored trips, stock options, and ongoing leadership training. This is a commission-based independent agent role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in direct sales or B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn our sales system taught in training and implement in the field.
• Drive new business by presenting to local companies and generating new accounts.
• Build a self-sustaining referral stream for life.
