Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in uniform rental or related industries.
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.
• Develop tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information in CRM
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding
