Job summary

Orkin, LLC is hiring a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You will promote Orkin's pest control solutions to diverse industries and drive new business while maintaining existing accounts.

You’ll leverage award-winning training and a competitive compensation package with base pay, uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits plan, including 401(k) and healthcare, to support your career growth and success.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend the best solution.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer's commercial property and explain findings.
• Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and address questions to set expectations.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
