Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join the Commercial sales team. You will understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries, building trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a robust benefits package; no industry experience is required to start, with comprehensive training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided iPad.
