Orkin Commercial sales team is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to promote our pest management solutions across industries. Join a brand with almost 125 years of protecting homes and businesses and enjoy award-winning training.

You'll earn base pay plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle with gas card after training, provided devices, and a comprehensive benefits package, with growth opportunities and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services to sell to diverse industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and meet standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Perform inspections of interior and exterior of commercial properties.
• Prepare sales agreements using the provided iPad and stay organized.
